Do these items actually exist?

The fire wand does exist, but I haven't seen a tanned darkrun top on anyone in Taranis.

i have not seen anyone on sulis with a tanned darkrun jerkin or tanned darkrun gloves.

No, sorry. It's been a while. Probably a higher level mob (revenant of donn, spineguard, bonehammer, etc.).
Maybe an admin could weigh in here...

Got an elegant sceptre of fire a couple of hours ago, ducarius dropped it.

I got al the tanned darkrun exept for jerkin but i think it does exist but hard to get
