I am lvl 140 mages, maxed fire bolt fire storm ice shard fire lure n cloak.
1st cast cloak ( 226energy) lure fire (126energy), fire bolt ( 126energy), ice shard ( 252energy), fire storm ( 326energy).
Total 1st cast energy used est 1100energy. Mobs evaded fire bolt, evaded ice shard, evaded firestorm!!!
So I am dummy, awaiting dead. Mobs Hp (wyvern) is 10k. So I bomb 2nd cast, 1100energy. N 3rd cast 1100energy, and no more energy to cast. Ice shard deal 1000dmg, firebolt 500 fire storm 500, total 3 times ( upto run out energy), I did 4k dmg to mob. Full lux, about 65energy per tick?!
Will u tell me use energy boost ( 40energy per tick 45sec when maxed skill 30) n cannot cast in combat? Fine! Took out firestorm. 4 times cast, 3k energy n did 3k dmg to mobs( 1/3 spell evaded), n run out energy, cannot cast 2nd energy boots.
Will u tell use sacrifice? Fine!. ( 300energy maxed skill but took 290hp per cast), took out ice shard n dumb to sacrifice. 2 time cast, did dmg 1k to mob, as run out HP ( can't cast bandage?(skill at 1/30)).

This was pretty incoherent but there is already a whiny mage thread and admin had posted on it saying they will be vamped up for higher level mages next update.

Hey seeleong, i feel your pain. I know this only will only add insult to injury, but if you want to lvl on wyvs, the best way you can do it is to group up.

Hiw post is about energy costs and skill evades. High level skills cost a lot of energy. Currently i have 6100 energy. Do you know how long it takes to regen 6100 energy?

I just complaint again!
I played support. Maxed fire, lure fire, cloak, mid lure assa, mid lute giant n sodier. Got in grp act like Druid. Warrior n roigue dislike me:(. Slow! N the effectiveness can be ignored!
I played full dps?! 200energy sigil. Each kill need standing 20sec ( regen?! Need at least 2 regen as 1 regen cast firestorm( 326energy)) some ppl dislike me or dislike mages idling?!
I played energy healer. Maxed boost n sacrifice. Each kill need 30 sec cast bandage (65hp at skill 1/30). Some grp dislike me or mages idling. Slow!

I would rather xp with a Mage than with anyone else , maybe you need new leveling pals.
