Hello all! I dunno with what to start. When i play the game, often ping jumps to red colour and is like 15000-30000. Is it my internet connection problem or game bug? Other players said that they dont have this problem. I play on Epona server. And when ping comes to 30000 i ve been dropped by server. Its annoying Any suggestions? Thank you all!

Hi I would recommend trying a different connection - find a different wifi connection, connect to that and see what your ping is like.

It could just be some kind of specific internet issue between your current connection and the servers, or that current connection is having issues.

Thx admin, but i have only 1 wi-fi and its my home wi-fi where i spend most of my time. So i cant get other, except in school where game goes normally almost. hmmm. Dunno what to do... I really like this game, dont wanna throw it away....

I have been getting problems on my iPad as of late.
I'd be logged on my iPad and have my iPhone with my rouge on at the same time on same connection.
The iPad will lag while the phone doesn't, about two weeks ago it was the other way around.
Also a clanmate said her ping got to 350k and was pretty amused by that lol
My wireless router cost 200+ it's one nasty boy and works great.

Hmm, till this day router workd fine. I dont wanna buy new ;( eh.

Your ping, or latency will always force you off server upon reaching 30,000. That number is the amount of milliseconds it's been since your device last communicated with the server successfully. So after 30 seconds of timing out you are dropped and have to reconnect. If you constitnetly hang around the 15000-30000 then your Internet connection is not keeping pace. If playing via wifi it could also be your wireless router. I've had tons of issues with this for the past year and a half or so playing this game. I've been multi-boxing and had a great opportunity to compare latency in real time with other connections to determine my optimum set up.

What you want to do is start troubleshooting all of YOUR equipment. The issue is likely to be on your end unless others are experiencing same issue. Try letting your modem or router be off for an hour or two
and let them cool. Modems and routers are often left on all day long for weeks on end; additionally, some people find them unsightly and choose to hide them where ventilation can be poor. This can cause your equipment to become over heated at the expense of performance, letting your devices cool down or ventilating them well can mitigate this effect. When reconnecting them turn off all devices and routers then boot them up in this order modem--->router-------> devices. Be sure to let your device be on for about 30 seconds or so before proceeding to the next device so that it may acclimate. If your connection still runs slowly then try powering down all other devices except for the one you play CH on. Wifi degenerates with demand and too many devices on one connection can severely impede your ability to maintain connectivity. If still an issue then your ISP may be having issues or your equipment may be faulty. I hope this helps you resolve your issues so that you may continue playing this wonderful game.

Thanks Tyrant! On my wi-fi there is 2 laptops and my 1 ipod touch. so i think its not too many... And when i will have some things to do when i cant play CH i will turn off router for a while. Moden dont need turn off as same as router? And really i duuno what is normal ping. i dont have less than 150... so.... usually its from 200-300+ and sometimes 30000

normal is under 200 i would say, but anything with a green number is fine
