I want to play to stupid downtime

We've been trying to fix the issue from Friday while the login servers were down, but it's looking likely the issue is a major one and we'll need to get new servers in for tomorrow.

In the mean time the worlds should be coming back up shortly, will keep you posted if there are any further delays.

I particularly read the bit that said "please be awear it may take longer than this if it does we appologies in advance for anny inconvenience this may cause"

Getting new severs in tomorrow? Does that mean all data will have to ne transferd over to the new servers? And this could cause a considerable amount of down time tommorrow? Or is it just a easy switch?

These are just login and patch servers - there is no player or account data on these servers. We are hoping to have the old and new servers running together and then just doing a switchover to the new ones with no disruption - however if there is some downtime needed I will let you know as soon as possible.

There is still a server status message which states that there may be some disruption.

However, I think you have to fully close the app (i.e. close it from the multitask bar) and then open the app again to see it.

I like the Admin's deffination of shortly....

For me it says we are currently in the middle of performing some maintence.

Edit: yay it is up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But still that wasn't "shortly".
