Monsters to kill per level is *not* linear (admin) PROOF

#1
Ok so

it...is... finished...

This is as scientific as science gets!

Monsters per level goes up in the following polynomial fashion

Obviously it is not freaking linear!

and here are my notes for all to see and compare:

So if admin says this is linear one more time I'm going to have to hand him over to the freaking teletubbies. No one wants that to happen. :D

And here is the pictures that I made measurements from:

Ok I have 5 chars so I killed one star mobs the level of the player with each and recorded xp bar before and after. Only exception is my lvl 125 where I killed a lvl 128 mob (there were no 125 one star's)

Lvl 1 (killing lvl 1 1 star)

and this post should have all of our previous experiments that support this conclusion:

Nerfed Mage ~140
Why play a class where skills cost more than other classes for same damage?
Why play a class with no auto attack?
Why play a class with 1/3 the armor?
Why play a caster?

Copy this sig! :)

Ya, or if admin just changes it to be linear like he said it was supposed to be.

This is the third time I've tested it an the third time I got a graph that looked exactly like this.

Your graph would be a lot easier to understand if you didn't use kills but used total exp. of corse would be harder to plot. But I am guessing your not gettin through to most due to the fact u have kills rather then total exp. but ur calculations seem pretty sound but that's just off the top of my head. I think the best thing u can do is find out how much exp is in each 10% of a level to explain to people better. You have how many kills for each 10% now just need to works out the exp gained in those kills. Then I am guessing your feedback would increase but good job :)

I think I posted before, at level 139 you need 100 4* level 140 wyvers to get to level 140 on exilar.
That means 400 4* mobs one level above you un exilared.

Um just read the notes.

It's really not hard to see the math. Even if you don't understand the actual equation you can see the Exp per level and how much the Exp is worth relative to the bar changing. All the info you guys asked for is in the notes.

Each kill of a 1 star is 4x (rounded down it's actually like 4.5) more of a net gain in Exp as A lvl 60 vs a lvl 125 relative to the bar moving, Lvl 21 is 5x (rounded again) more of a net gain than lvl 60. So the difference in the net gain as relative to the bar moving on your screen is like 20x (rounded, it's 22x really) more movement per 1-star kill as a lvl 21 vs a lvl 125.

Linear means each kill of a 1-star would be worth the same in terms of the bar moving, every level. But since a Lvl 21's kill in terms of how their bar moves is about 20x more effective as a Lvl 125, mdimarco is saying ** Bull**** **

Now this in truth is the nature of any MMO. That simply is the nature of the beast, you rarely see linear exp. That's not shocking, I suspect Admin simply didn't know. He is a great guy and is a true professional, but isn't the most savvy gamer at times. Which doesn't matter because he has an entire team of devs to help him crunch the data.
