Cane of bats

Ok this is about the tavern quest that gives u the cane of bats wand reward,
It took me over 2 hours to get one single wand.. ( witches never spawned :/ )
When i did the quest i was able to do another one!
Upgrade the wand! Anyone who did this?
Pls post pic below
curious to if its worth 6 hours running in lirs lol

Top wand (3rd i think) does 20 damage

hehe got 3 in the morning the rest over night and a friend helped me. but its not to bad
5 pierce dmg
15 magic dmg
speed 3000
energy +30
currently workin on getting another

the wand is awesome lol, love the projectiles.The cane shouldnt be too powerful as all lvl players can do the quest.

Because i am in a different time zone, i pick times where people who camp the witch spots go to bed. I killed 4 witches under 1 minute today when i logged on lol
Grand cane of bats are said to sparkle which looks good with offhand sparkling items.

I was disapointed in the grand cane, that Much effort deserves something more and if a low level can get a grand cane while all the other levels are camping the witches then they deserve a wand OP for their level.
We have had sunflower wands and snowball wands and now bat canes. All have been disapointing IMHO, unless you are lower level. Would like some thoughts on alternatives.
Example, instead of taking a hand slot how about have it use a hot spot and be a cane with charges based on your novelty ability, and a stat. You can collect a bunch of them. Kind of like having a new temporary skill.
