Title says it all.... Tired of having drops that have a level 130 requirement, but would barely fit a level 80...

No i dont believe they do. Not at high levels anyway. They might have a level 30-50 char but nothing remotely close to high level players or clans that have put in a lot of time farming, collecting gear and killing bosses. The new items being introduced just have no correlation to the player experience at high levels. The inventory mess would be obvious if you switch equipment a lot or if you have a lot of quest items from normal gameplay experience. Class issues we face everyday are unknown to them. The discrepancy between player income from quests and killing mobs compared to prices of store items (I'm not even talking about lux items) is so huge I don't even think they know how expensive Diamond gear is for a level 80.

They have said that they do in the past and of all levels, but I kind of doubt it.

Look at it like this... 20 to a stat is similar to +4 of a skill.... then you get evasion bonuses. So like a little better than a +4 ring in certain circumstances or builds.

Of course for someone who doesn't have anything better the rings look wonderful. If you have glass or crystal or fabled rings it is a big upgrade. But Ythair who was a lot easier dropped better level 100 rings. And you can get even better level 120 rings from a rock in OW that doesn't fight back. Even Royal rings are better and you can get them from any OW boss. OTM item designers have exactly the same perspective of a low level, just like your comments above. A clan who can kill Dreadbone already has access to a lot of better rings and no one would downgrade. We have gotten 4 rings and no one wanted any of them.

They might play , they might even have leveled all the way to 150 but as we all know player level means very little when it comes to player skill. I would say it's quite possible they have characters at high levels but I highly doubt they have done any grinding (gold or xp) I am sure they just equip whatever items they want to. Would love to hear from otm about this.
