As you know XLegion made a Topic about Tips for Beginners and if you can go check that out if your new.

Ok lets get started well there is more then one way to make money for Example: You could complet quest, you could sell items the stores or, you can do the basic fighting now the best way to earn money for a low level I'd suggest the crookbacks outside crookback hollow cause they are easy targets and drop a reasonable amount of gold 0-6.
If you a level 10-20 you should be able to go inside crookback hollow and go threw that dudgeon for Awhile and earn a good amount of gold like 1,000-2,000 in 5hours but that dose not mean to play for 5hours straight tryin to earn gold.
The best way to earn gold is for the levels 30-60 in "Deaths Cares" but those level will need the gold, trust me, ok so all you could stay in the Black rev. Room and kill them for awhile and you would earn about 6-20 gold for each kill you get but there not easy, so lets say I played 3hours a days I would say I could make about 5,000-10,000 mac but only if I am lucky.

My only tip would be too kill anything and everything that walks. Shiver lords are good for gems.

Edit: perhaps if you could explain a few things more? Such as how to get to the Black Rev's room, and where in crookback hollow is best?
