Rockbelly and Deadroot should only drop top tier items

Hello!
I am a rogue who has been sleeplessly camping rockbelly and deadroot for a week now, getting every kill, and they keep dropping fires and metals.
Over the last five days, I have killed 14 Rockbellys, and 8 Deadroots, and I havent seen a single Mind, and only one Black Space.
That is more ridiculous than waiting in line at the post office, and 22 times as dissapointing.
Fix it please.

+1 mind slates are very rare, as well as mind obsid took me 2 weeks to buy mine;). Everyone needs them and prices on sulis 100k+

Oh gosh dont get me started!!! Started looking a month pre-update till another month after it for a stupid mind basalt...
Paid 60k for 2 each! (Worth 25k when i bought them).

+1 to all this I'm a lvl 141 ranger killed deadroot about a bazillion times and still need 3 mind balast full frozen everywhere else have everything else I need for frozen bp literally only need those pesky minds ....thank god for that es bp warden is too noob hehe :p

I think the red bosses should always drop at least 1 top tier item (2 might be better). There are too many things they can drop when you consider the color. It seems silly that people can have everything (including level) for full frozen except for minds (and sometimes spaces).
I get that the armour should be challenging - but it should also be reasonable. All my toons are already full meteoric, so i am not asking for myself. But I see people who are well past level 110 still camping deadroot cause they need minds.
Your fix for falgren was very nice - it is not trivial to get a dragon, but it is far more reasonable. Please consider that same fix for the red bosses.
in my opinion, you struck a pretty good balance for the items/difficulty for frozen stuff.
