Hmmm... well I don't know that I can convince you. I wouldn't even try, to tell you the truth, because there are so many unknown variables (ie. did you quit because you were bored of the game? or because you were busy with a new baby? etc.)

I will say this, though. The game now is a completely different beast.

You said you haven't played since just after the update. So I assume you know that there are now a lot of various things you can do with your character. There are new skills, new item slots, new power engines (the more Focus a Mage or Druid has, for example, the more punch they have).

I would give it a try no matter what. Read your class forum to get an idea of what your class can do. If you come back as is with the same stats, you might get frustrated... but if you were over level 20, you should have a couple free books to use. re-skill and re-stat, try it out, and make a new decision.

I know so i was thinking of having someone transfer my stuff and starting a whole new account. Would that be a good idea? Its a level 80 warrior
