Admin, when will you guys start to police your game? Maybe start enforcing your ingame rules, and set a good example to the gaming community.
Not just my world, but I'm sure every world.. We send multiple support tickets ( atleast we used to but it has proven USELESS) regarding things such as :
EVERYDAY ALLDAY afkers who continue to afk on your world servers and yet you guys can't find your head from your *** to even locate these guys on the server. One time I got a reply asking me where they afk? As if my discription in the ticket saying his afk location wasn't enough.

File modding: Now u can bet ur ass every afker is also file modding, haven't seen one with a camo charm and they run to their afk spot thru the wall not being attacked, and then there is the arena. As a community we find the afkers and drag them to mobs so they die, this is our sorte of speak "street justice" since you obviously can't police your game. But when it comes to these clown in arena, they are bringing gladiators into the wall so we can't even get retribution by reseting their gladiators.

Yes I read somewhere before that you have issues with the preventing the file modding before for what ever the reason. Find the guy laying dead for hours afking, log in game and look in area list... He will be at the top. That is a good start, get rid of the afker and chances are you just solved both problems.

Account selling: Someone cries they were hacked and you can check a chat log and see that NO, indeed they were not hacked they gave out their password, but when the gaming community says these higher lvl accounts are being treated like goddesses and passed around the world server.. You cant seem to check and verify that YES it has indeed been sold for what ever the currency is at that point.

I get the impression that we can get away with these things and maybe its time to fight fire with fire, since the law abiding citizen gets the shaft... Why shouldn't we all start to take advantage of these things.

Aside from those three main things I can think of afew other things that happen but aren't so much the in your control such as:
Player impersonating for scamming purposes (happends alot but the victims fault for trading) I understand this.

Sexual and racial harrassment... Yes we CAN and have hit the block button, but they can just make a new character within a minute and evade your block feature ( also out of your control) but kids will be kids and this is the cold hard truth.. It happends.

Account sharing....Do we really have to go here again?

You want people to vote for OneThumb for greatest mmo game as you have previously posted.
Why don't you set an example for your gaming community and clean this unfathomable show of a "great app" up.
Truely make it the best gaming app of the year.

Yes some of you will reply saying its a free game stop whining.. I have supported this game for along time, I would take a guess and say maybe since it's 2 week birthday. I think I deserve a minor rage post 8)

U heal them and they follow u pretty funny near the blackstone bridge or in the wyvern pit if they haven't died by then.

As for the original post some action should be take but seems to never happen, i mean seriously admin said report every person afking or walking through walls and they will take care of it but nothing seems to have happened. You can get a pic of someone admitting they bought their account or sold their account and again nothing happens. Rules are there to keep the game in control but if u dont enforce them why have them.

Ive sent a ticket for accidently dropping a grand ring of warcry, still havent got it, but it doesn't bother me any it was my fault for accidently dropping it Support tickets will eventually happen (I hope) but for the most part they are very busy with update 4 and getting bugs and fixes in the new zones that they don't have time to police the game like armed cops. Watch every corner of every world to see if people are '"afking"

In terms of banning players, when we do support we try to focus on helping as much as possible and try to ban players only when it's really necessary.

I understand the support ticket system is backed up since OTM was on break while ppl still played but this has been going on for a while now so cant explain all of times it happens. As for the consequences it seems there are only 2, a warning or ban which actually wont do much since as u just stated u try not to ban ppl. So why not have other type of punishments like banning an account for a set period of time. This way ppl still be punished and most likely will stop their behavor while continuing to play.

For example a player is reported for afking admin checks and confirms this and puts a suspension on the account for a week. After this happening im sure the person would stop especially if the time banned increases to the point of perminent ban.

The support system must be WAY backed up since I have tickets from 4+ months ago with no action and no acknowledgement that they were received.

That is not the attitude towards the subject I was expecting, turning a blind eye is not the correct approach.
But now that it is clear where you guys sit on the subject, alot of us can and will take advantage of your lack of authority.
Jail breaking our devices it not hard and since we can to further our progress in the game with clearly no fear of any kind of punishment for blatantly breaking your imposed ToS. After all no one is being harmed and it does not require "necessary" action.

I totally agree with the original post. The afk is how high levels are training their abilities on my world. I have been playing for about a year now and the modders and. "scammers" have been reported, some cases with evidence. So far they are business as usual. The only thing I noticed is that they are mostly a decent level 80+. They play a char for a while then take a break, a long break from that char. I guess they use this as a cool off period. I know this because one of my clan mates in a smaller level clan was inactive for about 4-5 months and one day he logged on and I started chatting with him and he told me his current chars that were on and he did not like his other char so thats why he was starting over fresh with a new char who had earthstone. But the problem is is that I was in a previous clan with his other chars and know the scheme he is running. I was on my alt and we got into a fight with a PH maybe 4★ ironspike, he was the highest level there at mid 90s. While we were in the fight he asked for someone to give him their heroic ammy to keep up with energy. i told them not to give unless you didnt want to see it again. So this is just an example of how careful and thoughtful some of the scammers will be.
