Celtic Heroes

I traveled to castle and this was here... I told my friend to come but he couldn't see it, no one else seemed to be able to as well. When I logged by accident and relogged it disappeared. I could select it but couldn't cast a dmg spell on it. When I tried a buff it just buffed me. So what is this?

I agree with it being photoshopped. Why would a vendor have a grimoir and a wand or icon. Also the name kinda gives it away lol.
