Grief from members of a rival clan, how do you handle?

#1
I am looking for advice and opinions. What I want to know is -

In a peaceful world, how do you handle members from a rival clan, messing with your members?

An example is in the Arena. On Rhiannon, no one expects to be killed whilst doing the arena quest and 3/4 of Rhiannon allow members of our world to complete the quest hastle free. So if you want to be a respected player, you let people that were there first, go first. So how would you deal with the following situation:

You are waiting for gladiator and someone is before you. You let them go first and kill. 20mins later the gladiator spawns again, you start to kill but then someone else kills you and idols to kill you and takes the gladiator.

What about the following:

You are levelling your evasion abilities with Wisdom Elixers on a Scryer in Lir's Reach. Some high level players from a rival clan are killing the Scryer you're training on, over and over for no reason, with no verbal response what so ever, but they continue to kill.

The following:

You're levelling on Wyverns, a member of a Rival Clan Ks's Wyverns repeatedly when you go for them, then when you tell a leader of the clan, the kser lies about it and says he hits first.

And the following:

You are duo'ing Rockbelly with your Druid. With Rhiannon's FFA rules, it restricts us from engaging a boss that an opposing clan has been engaged with for over 15 seconds. Some DPS from a rival clan show up and start hitting the boss. You reply with ''?'', and they reply with ''you can't solo it so it isn't ks'', when you can clearly solo.

I would just like to know how others would deal with this?

Thanks in advance :)

@ arena

Show your clan muscle and protect the player doing the quest and soon you will have a battle royal.

@ training

Just log off or teleport to another area and let 10-15 min pass and go back .

@ bosses

If is a peaceful serverask them to join you in the kill, if not thats the main reason why target lock will be implemet it.

How do I tell our members to not kill people whilst doing glad quest, when people are killing them?
You point out that you are being the bigger person. KSing a KSer tends only to increase the griefing, unless it's done in a specific way (see below).

I agree with several above posts: 1) Talk to leaders of clan if it's a pattern of behavior. 2) If leaders don't care (as evidenced by response or continued pattern of behavior), then explain to the leaders that you will be targeting that one player until he/she stops. It is important to note that other members of the clan who are not griefing will not be attacked/KSed/whatever. Do not make this a clan war, assuming you didn't want one. 3) Do it. If it means that all clannies are standing in arena to protect one member, then so be it. 4) Tell anyone you can about this policy and your implementation. People will eventually learn it's not worth it.
