This is the site I used to create the sig using my iPad. There are many sites out there that require flash; this one was pretty easy to use on ipad

For the custom avatar, I uploaded the image I wanted to the photobucket app for iPad.
If needed, I crop/edit the pic first using the app BigPhoto

Then copy the photobucket "direct image" link to clipboard and paste that into the "custom avatar" box on siglaunch.

Presto.
