1+ gives us a little peak inside on some items just some weapons dats i don't want to waste all my money before the update comes n im not going to spent any more plat for it

If we do get new lux items then we definently need something to help with the Druid and mages current energy crisis. Maybe a 40 energy regen necky and a 40 hp one (having a 40 hp and energy combined will prob end up being too over powered)
Also I'm keen to see these "faster caster" gloves that have been discussed since update 2. Will they make an appearance this update or are they still a long way off?

I would say that it is a little too soon to expect any spoilers on the update. Check back closer to the end of beta. At the end of the last beta, SpiritHealer was allowed to post some videos on some of the golden blades. I would expect that OTM would let some details leak out after some of the new stuff has been tested.

Curious: Does the NDA allow admitting that you are in Beta? Previous experience (in other mmos) included even that lol. E.G. Admitting that there is an NDA is breaking it :p

I highly doubt that. It's just like a doctor saying I can't tell you anything about my patient because of patient-doctor confidentially. You can't sue the doctor for admitting he has a patient.
Now if you were in the CIA, you really shouldn't be telling people you are in the CIA.
