Celtic Heroes

I am wondering if anyone has killed Ythair Sunscale (the green dragon boss level 140 in lirs reach) since the summer event was removed. Admin said it would spawn as a rare mob, however, if this is the case, who should be killed to spawn him? Like who's his place holder? If he spawns in the same location he did before, there are only two low level mobs roaming around in his original spot. Has he boss spawned anywhere else? If so who can be killed to reveal it?

hes only been killed once in Taranis post-update :/ so im not sure. (Pride killed him)

Killed several times in lugh after the patch.
Also drake/hatchling keep spawning ( rare spawn though )

Crom has killed it once

Elders on Mabon has killed it at least once after Summer Event and Elite has killed it at least once.

He hasn't spawned even once on morrigan since update but dreadbone has spawned a lot
