Summer Event

I am just wondering if Otm will bring back the the midsummer and up dragons..
I understand that they still spawn rarely, but i seem to recall the town crier saying something along the lines of
"the dragons come once a year, when the land of dal riata heats up in the summer" obviously it isnt 100% accurate, cause its been almost a year.. but that was the gist of it.
I understand that many people might not want ythair and the others to come back because they spent a crap ton of gold on getting the pieces, but it would be their fault for buying for so much, when the scryer says that they will be back the next year.
just wondering what you might think of this possibility..
