so I'm wondering what the best weapon for a ranger is? Also, is there a weapon list for each class anywhere around?

Best of any class right now is the Warden wep from the quest in Stonevale/Lirs Reach. Other than that try to get some type of warbow, like Something Warbow Of Giants.

What drops these weapons, aside from the Warden one I mean. I have an ancient warbow which I'm happy with, but better is, well, better.

Also, not to threadjack, but where does one find quivers/arrows?

Quivers can be bought off the lux shop, at either 30kg or 60kg.
The arrows can be bought in some random shops at 1g/ea I think

you can also farm farsight. he drops two types of arrows that have infinite quantity. only problem is hat they are heavy.. around 30 weight.

fireswords at catacombs sometimes drop warbows with unique names.. i also got another type of warbow from a faerie(Blade?), the faerie that does GIANT SWING.
notchspire also drops a bow. hugh damage but slow. the fastest warbow you can buy is ancient.
