hi ...my name is jhay( warriorlvl153 ) taranis server my acc has been hacked .. i cant log in anymore and email has been change .. pls i want my acc back and all my stuff is in this acc.... plssthank you

Only way you could have been hacked is if you have info out to someone which is also agains rules.

but i got a message in whisper saying... there has been problem on my acc and some resports of scammed items and blah blah blah ...... please verify ur acc here or else were going to banned the acc ..blah blah that came from support ....and its very convincing that its the support..... pls atleast disabled the acc for now...

I can guarantee you support will never ever send you a whisper don't fall for things like that.

If they were to message you it would be in a message box on screen like a notification kinda thing when you log in not in whisper, support will never ask your for your details anyways.

You can email support and tell em what happen and you can get the account back but not the items...

Yeah in epona we got someone doing the same crap gotta be carefull. Unless OTM calls me on my phone im not giving out pass and username lol

Make sure u report it jhay, they can track down the trades and find the original account that scamed u. Send in game support ticket of the name of the OTM fake support player and time of scam.

And change the title of this topic to "OTM support impersonater - Scammed acc details" or something.

OTM wil never ask for account details.
Please use the in game support tool and contact the support team.
