I remember the one double xp weekend that i played and it was very beneficial to my lvling i was wondering / thinking how cool it would be if we had another one before the update

1. It would help lower lvls lvl prepare for the update also would possibly lvl enough to see all the new content
2. Ppl will burn thru the lixes which in turn buy more otm makes more money
3. Its been a long arse time since its last happend lol

Idk just sayin would be cool

If anything 4-5 months after the update then most active gamers will have played through most content. I still think this is a bad idea and hope it never happens again.

Double gold/plat are enough, but again otms choice

2x gold and plat would be less controversial I would say. Double xp weekend did seperate the plat users and the free play users thus widening the gap level. In addition to that, by introducing x2 xp again we will skip the long awaited content and people will be complaining because they have reached the cap too early.

As bad as I would love an cup weekend... I regretfully agree for the above reasons. Wasn't good for the community at all and indirectly caused a lot of discontent.

Lol he's saying BEFORE the update, so low levels can have a chance to catch up to some of the higher levels. I like the idea, but it would be unfair to all the high levels that have worked hard to be where they are. However, they could use it to level their alts, so I have mixed feelings about this one.

Regardless whether it was before and after. double xp can inflict massive effect on gameplay. I think we were blessed with the only one in the past and asking for more days/weekends, in my opinion, will widen the level gap even more. So i stand by my opinion and say -1

It has its pros and cons however it has been a long time. +1

Ina way Ymir guards are almost as benifitial to players as double experience gain, so in a way we have had a secret exp boost all of winter and spring. We do not need more easier ways to level.
