How do you determine who you choose for beta?

Are there certain guidelines, requirements, etc? Or is it just at random

I think it is random. It would make sense to me.
Im sure it is slightly random. I have heard scammers and untrustworthy people were let in. And some of us good people were not. Its luck of the draw i guess.

Most Intellgent
Most anoying
Most aggresive
Most egotistical
Most longwinded
Most obnoxious
Most dishonest
Most pigheaded
Most dedicated
Most argumentative
Most adorable
Most sincere
player in the game.
I think most disgusting is still available, you can try for that one.
