This is my statement in regards to the review on Massively Podcast Facebook page.In regards to Celtic Heroes Comments. This comes from a player who has played MMO's since EQ and has played all current portable MMO's on market. Please don't disregard a game you only played for a hour or so, I am rather disappointed by this and the lack of in depth evaluation. Yes, Celtic Heroes may be feel outdated graphically, but it doesn't have that 8 year old World Of Warcraft, Cartoonish feel.
I've personally abandoned Order and Chaos months ago because it felt soulless, with an un enjoyable multiplayer community. I have also abandoned all of Space Time Studio games after the endless harassment for money to play properly.
I have been playing Celtic Heroes for 4 months now and despite the lack of polish the game has, Celtic Heroes has the spirit of the challenging MMO of old. When players couldn't zoom to the end content. When dungeon were open world dungeons and bosses are challenging and fun. When the player community is the intricate part of the game.
What are these factors of quality in a portable MMO, is community considered in a "quality" decision. Are open world Raid mobs and epic "non purchasable" gear and quests in the realm of, quality? Is developer interaction with player core part of this "quality" credential? I am confused because it seems like polish, is the only factor regarded.
