Anyone has the details of the life blade skill? What's the cooldown time and is there any energy cost?

I got the lifeblade The skill heals 500 hp imedeately but the cooldown takes a while somewhere around 1 minute, might be more i'm not sure. The upgraded version for level 150+ heals 1000

What's this skill you speak of? What class? I know Rogues have Life Steal... is Life Blade different?

Guess that's it. A good blade is gone. Good thing I guess since the only lux I should aim for would be the 200 focus and 20 energy regen offhand. Haha
