I only can see Lv100 one, should I save up and keep leveling, what is the Lv150 lux shop have?

Same items but better stats/other name. ( and they cost abit more )

They're available in the lvl 100 lux shop, but no upgrade in the lvl 150 lux shop.Will the Haste ring have upgrade?
