I have noticed in new update you get a bonus for full frozen .
But there is a problem .. I had acidently dropped my meteor gloves a while back .
Anyway of getting them back ?

Send an in game support ticket , they will hook you up.
Be warned though they are extremely busy ATM , it may take longer than normal to get your item back.
