Ok so i started wisps before update and just finished my last one today which was fireflight so i we t talked to the guy in the tavern and he told me to talk to torbin the sailor just outside the tavern but when i try to finish quest he just wants to talk about boats and endless sea but theres still a question mark over his head please fix this

I posted a support ticket about this and zodiac/warden i think second day after update,and still nothing has happened, no answer, no fix, so after been waiting, i decided to lvl up to 105 instead for meteoric qwest, but zodiac/warden still bugged.

Hi this happened to me as well with oisin the warden when i got my discs.

Please fix this soon i need my bow

EDIT: Actually, I found it. The level requirement of Torbin's quest changed in the update. It's now level 80. This has led to some players who were on that quest chain already becoming temporarily stuck between quests. When you reach level 80 you will be able to do Torbin's quest. I've made an addition to the conversation to clarify this, which will take effect from the next patch.

Please let us know if you have any further issues with this series of quests.

So will my ranger be able to finish it, hes lvl 74 and has full meteor accept the bow but i finished all the wisps
