Open them on a new or old alt. all the stuff you talked about will useful.

That is the whole point of the chest, random plat item rewards. If you don't want to take that risk dont buy them.

Can you still get sigils from the mystery boxes while sigils are removed from the store? I've only opened a few and not gotten any sigils so I wondered if they were removed too.Spoke to soon. Got a character slot this morning.
@daisyboo, nice... I'm sure I will catch up at the rate I'm going lol.
@ broscientist, thanks for the lesson in gambling. I was unaware that is how it worked.
@cmfl, yes I thought of this but I want the sigils for my main so I do them all on Elv. Oh well, I was just pointing out what was happening so others are aware.

I opened about 15 chests about two days ago and got three energy sigils.

My castle bank is at 1000 an my carry load is 400+
