Meteor quest question

What are the level requirments? Im hearing 80 but also 100+. Im over 80 so i would like to know so i could possibly get the new wepon quest.

All meteoric armour pieces including weapon are lvl 105.

wow. im glad i got the weapon quest before the update. but i have only seen 2 of the quests wisps spawn and i didnt get in the group for either of those. so i was wondering if they have a longer spawn time or something?
