They don't have to release patches and updates. They don't have to fix bugs and glitches. They don't have to help us through the support tool. They don't have to entertain us with new events. They don't have post on forums to help us. They don't have to do all the great things that they do. But they do. So STOP COMPLAINING. Unless ofcourse...you prefer they didn't.

it's everyones way of getting information across. The unbalances and the things that are wrong, people will complain about them.

There game would not work efficiently,
People would quit
OTM would make no money
They then would have no job
OTM would close down
There would be no game


Its people's feedback and complaining that help OTM construct a game that is keeping customers happy and making money or what would be the point if they were not #youdumbass

Yes they do have to do all these things. This is a business they arnt doing this for giggles... This is there job and they provide a company business when people are unhappy with business they complian. If business doesnt change they stop using it. A complaint is a good thing it shows people care enough about it to bother complaining.

I think there are two types of complainers:

The constructive criticizers- These people see the issue with the mechanics and offer solutions that benefit all. They are able to see the whole picture, not just the class they choose to play. They work out the math and see where the imbalances lie. They actually offer feedback that helps create a better game for all of us.

And

The general whiners- These people just whine because they want an easy game that requires little to no effort on their part. They want to have chosen the "best" class and may have made a mistake from the beginning by choosing a class that doesn't suit their personality. They offer no good solution to the problem except to say "this sucks, I'm quitting!" They clog up the forums with their repetetive complaints rather than search for a thread that shares their common issue.

The general whiners are the ones that you may be referring to. I applaud the constructive criticizers, the educated and intelligent players that offer up creative ideas and solutions, the ones that work hard at understanding the mechanics to help give OTM solid evidence as to WHY change needs to occur and not just order them to change because they want it that way.

And of course, thanks OTM for listening. It is impossible to please all of the people all of the time.

There aare two types of businesses. 1) private entity and 2) gov't entity. Learn the difference between the two and review your original post please.

the constructive criticizers are the ones that otm WANTS to complain so they can know how to improve the game and make it more enjoyable so more people will pay to play the game

i would say most of the people complaining (mages) are general whiners according to your description XD

and jake, since people actually do spend hundreds of $$$ on this game it makes this a BUSINESS
therefore it is otms duty to make it as good as possible

YESSS!!!!!! Anothe complainer complaining about complainers. This topic is new and exciting and never before seen. But seriously they dont have to do any of the stuff u mentioned but than again we dont have to support them with our money anymore. So its a double edged sword. Or what i like to say...ya gotta give a little to get a little

Lol, so ironic. You can't stop complainers because a FEW people say so. There was plenty of events last year, plus if otm made events EVERYDAY, that would make otm do more work. Also they do help players. Otm bought my account back. Otm just has lots of support tickets in one day. I see where your coming from it takes a long time until they help you, I waited 5 weeks once Also sometimes they are busy.
