Idea: Skill Point Lux Rings?

Since the update came out, it seems every class has a few new skills that are worth putting points into. However, I have seen multiple posts about simply not having enough points to truly take advantage of them. My suggestion to OTM would be give us generic skill point rings. Make it a lux item or a rare drop. I see two ways this could work. Either make a boss ring that maxes a skill. ie max ring of natures breath- maxes that players natures breath, be it 30,35, or 40 skill points. Or, make lesser rings that just add 10,20,30 or whatever amount of generic skill points to add wherever the player chooses once equipped.
In my mind this solves the additional problem of similiarity in classes. While as a ranger, I feel that light heal, longshot, steady aim, and often bolus are a must. If I had a ring or two I might choose to utilize...entangle....or defensive spikes. This could provide some differentiation within classes and therefore give each player a sense of individuality while also increasing group effectiveness.
I do understand this creates more of an energy issue for all classes but particularly the casters. But what if you could use a ring to max e boost or energy harvest? I haven't tried harvest on my druid yet so I can't comment as to whether this would keep up with the demands of a new skill or not. We could definately use a little extra energy to utilize but I personally don't see it as a must.
This setup could also make individuals choose what skills they use based on energy as well. ie, is one good skill better than two adequate skills that use the same energy. I prefer that this game have strategic elements to it, as well as individuality. I think these rings, or bracelets for that matter, could really bring these two things into play.
