2x and 4x Gold??

I have a cool idea. Since it takes a while farming for gold so u can buy some stuff, how about adding 2x and 4x Gold potions and elixirs? It would make farming a little bit more fast and exciting. Including 5x Gold elixirs in the maclirs chest. Any of you agree?

Well true, but not many people have the money or want to spend plat on gold.

The lixers would/MUST cost a lot of plat, because if people were to buy a lot of them and keep them, the value of platinum will rise per gold, and even noobs would be full on luxury while a level 190+ main would have 20 alts decked out in full luxury.

Yah i see what you mean, but it's just a small idea. Probably would get brushed up and fixed if this actually would be added.

It would make gold way too easy to obtain and then people would realize that there's more gold eventually so they would raise the prices of stuff so that they could get alot such as they used to. Considering if they had a rare item they wouldn't sell it for 10k when they could sell it for like 100k because there's that much gold. Honestly I find joy in the game trying to become rich. That's what kept me going since September 2011..

not a bad idea considering the cost of the three lux shops and adamant armour yeah a gold boost would be cool

The problem with gold lix isn't that people don't want or need more gold. In order to sell lix you have to be able to farm more than the lix costs to buy more lix to keep farming more than they cost.
Basically everybody buys them when they can to make some extra money, or nobody buys them because the profit margin is too low to warrant purchasing more lix. Kind of a lose lose, and the plat market is already bone dry with sellers only selling those god awful chests at a higher than normal gold per plat rate.
