Are sigils coming back or are they gone for good would love an answer. If they dont come back how will OTM balance out the game between those with and without?

Lol well we know the answer to this question.

They don't give a crap.

I'm not going to even bring up all the examples.

Wierd thing is they can still be got through chests...so technically they are still in the game. So why not return them to the store???

There is more money to be made in gambling with buying chests, this is why they never want to comment on these discussions.

I think they forget that some of us are not pubescent teenagers, but adults who work and run companies ourselves, so rightfully get very frustrated when customer service goes out the window.
In the company I own and run, I would be sacking the person in charge of complaints if this was going un answered.

Well said, most of my friends ingame are old mature players and +30yo like me. we indeed get very annoyed to be ignored.

I think the best way to make them see how resolute we are, is to organize and form officials complaints to Apple. They indeed do anything they want and this is less a real MMO than a cash machine.

Lack of transparancy (xp, our sygils, mobs and bosses stats always changed), countless mess up with plat items, countless nerfing... This is starting to be way to much after nearly two years, and the attitude of this company should be reported asap to apple.

My history,

I am 32 years old, run my own company turning over £100,000 a year. (1 employee)
My brother, 34, owns a company with my mum turning over £1,000,000 a year. (35 emplayees)
My dad, owns a company turning over £750,000 a year. (10 employees)
I think I know what customer care and customer retention are all about.

I personally stopped buying plat the day they banned dogma, that was just a massive underhand way of dealing with serious complaints.

Shadow, I would think carefully about bringing apple into it as OTM sees a complaint to them as a "real world threat" and you know what they do about those..............

I think it would be wise to have a clear, informed reply for a member of OTM at this point.

Personally, I have dealt with companies with really poor customer service. I would send an email, and 2 months later I'd send another asking for a reply, getting more stern each time. 1 year and a half later, I would get a reply with a vague, poorly written answer. I have to say, it's shaped who I am and how I write! OTM is very good compared to some other companies out there, but I agree - they need to be transparent. I do see moments where I observe what I call 'politician' talk, where people give a round-about answer which doesn't really answer the question directly and leaves you to guess/read between the lines.
