Has anyone else noticed that as you increase your first aid ability now your bandage wounds and other first aid skills don't increase in level as often (if at all) anymore.
The last time I used Bandaged wounds this ofter was pre-update 3 and I use to get an increase in it's heal every couple of first aid points.
The other day I used two wisdom elixers and increased my first aid by nearly 80 points yet got not a single increase to my bandage wounds heal amount.
Is anyone else haveing this problem?
Does First aid not work the way its suppose to now?
Or is it infact a glitch that neds to be looked at?

#2Bandage wounds is also dependent on vitality. If vitality is too low, it might be affecting your heals.

Since november 2011 and still at this level, it's a shame
Now decrease rapid shots cooldown and it's useful again
