Server Rollback and compensation

Hi there, due to issues with the new server setup yesterday, players lost items and people were exploiting and duplicating while the servers were not working correctly.

Because of this we have had to roll back the servers to the same state as they were during yesterday's patch.

This means that everything will be the same as it was during yesterday's patch; items, quests and xp gained in the period between yesterday's patch and now will no longer be there. On the positive side it will also mean that items lost due to server issues will be restored, and duplicated items and gold will no longer be in the game.

Please note all platinum purchases were stored safely so nobody will lose out on any platinum they bought.

I realise it is not fun for players to lose their progress from yesterday, I am really very sorry about it.

I propose as a small token to say sorry we credit every account affected with 50 platinum. Also each player will get an extra platinum bonus on top of this of 10% of their lifetime platinum spent on the game.

I know that a lot of players will be disappointed about the rollback but I hope this will at least show that we are geniunely sorry about it.

Hi there

Everything that happened after yesterday's patch will be rolled back including gold, items, friends, etc. as well as any ill gotten gains from duplication. Basically the whole world will be exactly as it was in yesterday's patch.

Every account that logged in between yesterday's and today will be credited with 50 platinum.

Every account will also get a 10% lifetime platinum bonus regardless of whether they logged in or not.

As I said I realise that it's not a great situation and I hope at least you can accept our appologies.

Thanks admin, iam only dissapointed that during that tine period i saved enough money to buy a heroic rejuv i dont think it will still be in my inventory but, thanks anyway i guess i will start saving again :) good work admin your doing a great job
