Maybe, According to the games story we still need crom, so well probably need stronger for him, and next thing you know there will be a bigger baddy, i hope there is more.

Meteoric Dragonlord and frozen dragonlord ?

I don't know. When the Crom's Prison expansion is released, lvls will probably go to like 240.
If Dragonlord is like a lvl 180 armor, then there should be some better armor in the next expansion to account for even higher lvls.

There is no such thing as end-game armor, on open-ended mmo games like CH. Unless they say this is the last update that will ever be released, then the answer is no.
