I got a Godly Riftskull bracelet in Gwydion. Its 100str and 100 focus. Anyone else have? I wonder what its worth.

Congrats Trojan, can you tell me where you got it from? As in did it drop from a low level 4s troll fibrog wyv or a high level 4s T, F or W?
Does anyone know if the levels of the 4s T, F and W actually matters? For example, will a lv 170 troll 4s drop a lv 180 / 190 requirement bracelet etc?
