Whats the chance of a sparkly?

Well so far ive handed in around 600+ presents and i must have the worst luck or something. In total i havnt got a single sparkly and not a single blue crown. I have got 1 white, 3 purple and stacks of the others. I have also killed 200+ black crown guys with not a single black crown and 100+ Beltane fire mages without a single broom.
What is the chance of getting any of these or is my luck just aweful?

U have purple!!! and 3?!!! Ur lucky i haven't seen one yet... I gave up and lost count on how many presents i turned in. The majority turn ins were pink and orange regular.

I collext event stuff with friend between us we collected like 1.5k pres or bought not 1 white or sparkling, have over 200 cupcakes not 1 blaxk hat, hundreds of scrolls nor -

Took me over 1300 presents to get a purple, still no blue, white or any sparklies after 1600ish. Keep trying.

Ive tried like 1200 presents best i got was a uncommon green crown.

Ive turned in around 600 best i got was sparkly blue. And purple unsparkly. Killed many fire mages nothing. And no black hat. I dropped my blue sparkly tho. Thought it said unsparkling so i dropped oh well

8 blue
2 purple
3 white
1 spark red
1 spark orange
1 spark yellow
1 spark blue

I've turned in about 500 crowns and i got one white and two sparkly. I also got black crown and Beltane Staff after about 50kills each.
I'm pretty lucky.

I've gathered 200+ presents got 3 white (unsparkly) 3 purple (unsparkly) 8 green (unsparkly) 2 blue (unsparkly) 1 SPARKLY pink. A bunch of the rest... I killed 28 black crown guys and got black crown.
