Healths not as important imo
Energy helps u kill faster so u don't need as much hp and you need energy to heals

Not to rain on anyone's praide or anything but I highly doubt this for 2 obvious reasons.
1. Who gives away free 150k lux?
2. What level 23 Knows about forums (not many)

For all I know this guy might be a scammer looking for a new start so he decided to make a forum account and new account?
Then he slowly begins to transfer lux (exuses that involve free stuff and gold farming and bought platinum) until he reaches 50-100 to have all the lux he scammed and have a clean reputation?

As an example when Sorsha from Epona quit the game she posted all her gear out to people she knew to surprise them. Classy Lady.

And remember resale value is not great so its not likely it was full price.
