That is interesting that the helm is not class specific even though it has a ranger skill :/ Is that deliberate so other classes can use the stat improvement or is it a muck up by OTM?

A muck up, if any class but a ranger used this helm the only thing it would benefit them is 125 strength, no one would do that.

They've actually been pretty even if you take into account the drops from all servers.
