Let me explain why the price is so high and will continue to escalate.
Durring the holloween event, there was a huge boss that dropped darkflame, the boss was very hard to take down and didn't get killed very much, this resulted in only a few pieces of the armor getting in the game. On my world Rhiannon there are only two full sets in the game. The holiday event dropped a series of items, however darkflame was the hardest to get.

Other items are very high price in value as well such as the pumpkin head hats or the witch hats or pumpkin wands.
Since the exchange system hasn't been released yet it's hard for everyone to understand the value of items, especially rare items.
The reason why they are known as " rares " is because you will never be able to get them again and only the items that currently exist will be in the game for the rest of the games life time.

Later on in future holiday events, hats and items that will be dropped will be untradable.

P.S. i dont have a darkflame armor set yet.

No, actually it's under priced, I'd buy it for 1.1 in a heartbeat, I'd expect I'd to be closer to 4 or 5 million by next Halloween.

4 mil? You can buy much more and way better stuff for 4 mil...
Darkflame isn't even that good... normal armor and adds some heat damage... wow. And even if you bought it as a souviner it would be just junk in your inventory. I think I made my point.
