To people who dont have acc on forums or didnt look on general discussion. I personally had 3000+ presents to turn in -_- just a little pissed off.

Ask support to just take the presents and do something with it? Idk

Hi there, we put up a warning ingame on the button on the front menu, on Facebook/twitter, on the website and on the forums. We also sent a notification to everyone who has them turned on. We also sent a few ingame messages warning that the event would be ending.

So basically we sent a warning on Friday on every possible channel we have available.

Just a bit of advice otm...

It may be in the best interests of everyone to remove the content but leave the quest NPCs for a few days to a week to allow people to turn in thier quest. It's a bit of extra work but will make more people happy.

For a big turn in yes but I logged in this morning my time zone to turn in the last 60 or so and a message popped up just as the server went down.

It would be far far better if warning was given as 'event is ending in 36 hours which is Monday at noon GMT' instead of 'event is ending early next week' or 'server is going down now'.
