Anyone else ever notice this new spawning mob? Maybe a new quest?

There's some weird mobs popping up everywhere.

I saw a blackthorn something by southern pass but I hit the home button trying to screenshot and when I got back online it was gone.

Also these, I don't remember being cultists.. (but I haven't been in Dustwither for awhile either.)

Harry Flint has been in the game for a while, but I haven't seen him in the past few months until earlier today.

He was either super rare or non existent, but now he spawns all the time, and i like how he drops loot too. Also they have new mobs at the firbolg loop near the leystone

Harry flint was just a normal (a bit rare because 3*) mob in the update 2, gone since update 3 and just came back

highwaymen are now blackthorns, i saw jotun brutes, etc.... no patch notes otm?

Also they have increased the number of mobs for example in dustwither is now filled with mobs instead of a couple skeletons roaming around theres now like 6-7

Changed names of some mobs in sewers too, made em 'diseased outcast' and 'blackthorn smuggler' i believe:)
Yeah i really look forward for new quests,this endless lvlin gets boring after a while..
