Plat offers!! Awesome!
Watched a video, 2min later i got message '1 plat added'
Then i decided to try and install&play a app for a few then logged back ito CH and wait 5min..nothings added?
Anyone else experiencing this?

What device are you using?

4s running latest version. Wonder how long it takes for getting plat:)

I included the wrong link in my previous post, it's now been updated with the correct link.

Same problems for me was having a look at new offers did one download a game and run and didnt give me anything, the watching video one worked though. I'm using Ipad2 16GB

To contact NativeX support, scroll to the bottom of the offer wall and tap "Need help?".

This will generate an e-mail which you can send to NativeX. Do not delete any of the information that is automatically generated, and add your issue to the bottom of this information.

We cannot offer any assistance with these offers as they are not provided by us, but rather by NativeX.

Note: we don't get anything from nativeX if the offer doesn't complete and you don't get plat.

So it's in all our interests for them to sort out this issue.

Same happening with me. I got ipod 5 downloaded 3 aps went on em all and no plat given and in history says pending

Well some of the apps require you to finish the first level, finish the tutorial, etc.
