White pirate eyepatch, black pirate shirt and pants.. They are shop items but pretty rare it seems.

It depends, I personally don't have the item but I would say rarity wise a silver camo charm would be rarer than a golden but useful wise golden is better

I remember buying a silver camo as a spare to my 3 golden ones.It depends, I personally don't have the item but I would say rarity wise a silver camo charm would be rarer than a golden but useful wise golden is better
Silver is definitely rarer as people only really bought golden ones.
