Is any sparkly really rarer than plain white?

Plain black sparkly is rarest i believe. Only one or two on Morrigan and 3 or 4 white sparklies

There are many white sparkle crowns on rosmerta, but only 3 black sparkle ones (I have one

sparkly crowns are normally rarer, just like lanrik

Nope, a sparkly red isnt rarer than a normal black
