Just curious where you have found it the best place/mobs to train up the 5 skill evasions?

1. Fortitude
2. Vigour
3. Warding
4. Willpower
5. Reflex

fortitude:
mobs that frequently use it are.....

golems (OW)
blackstones (OW)
trees (OW)
kelpies (OW)
eyes (OW)
frosthammers (lirs reach; near rockbelly)

bonehead and rockbelly also happen to use fortitude skills alot

Vigour:
mobs that frequently use it are....

unicorns (Stonevale)
druids (Stonevale)

stonefang also happens to use vigour skills alot

Warding:
mobs that frequently use it are....

shalemont mages (near shalemont river)
shalemont mages (on hill leading to issian firecry on the western side of the map)
fairy loredancers (Stonevale)
druids (Stonevale)
eyes (OW)

Willpower:
mobs that frequently use it are...

eyes (OW)

unfortunately theres not very many for willpower...

Reflex:
mobs that frequently use it are....

Connacht bowmen (shalemont near ironspikes old camp)
druids (Stonevale)
blackstone bowmen (over the bridge near fortress outskirts in OW)

not many for this one either...

also the scryers (3 people scattered in the area near the stone circle in lirs reach) use a variety of skills that can train your abilities
not sure which ones though :|

i may be missing some but these are all i can think of off the top of my head
these are only the mobs a lvl 116 has seen btw there may be more higher level guys

I have trained Warding on ability elix in Stonevale on a couple of the spirit armour quest guys.

Sat on a dragon staff and trained Novelty also. But those guys are hard so had to keep running away to let sigils kick in so next time might do one in Shalemont.

You can train all of them using different places in stonevale. Druid circle is a huge one and most can be trained there, you just have to get the right mobs. There are 4 other areas in sv that can train them all relatively well, but i dont want to spoon-feed you. In shale you can really only train 2-3 of the skills effectively unless you get a red ph on ya. Red phs can be very good training, however, be mindful of which ones you will actually be able to hold afk for a full lix (the most common use imo). I havent really tested out the latest areas so i cant really comment on skill training there. You can always just train in the arena too.

The druids near Falgren train 3 or 4 of the abilities, and their energy runs out in approximately 15 minutes, so it's a nice place to pop an ability lix.

I always found the Loredancers at Southern Road EXCELLENT for training Warding.

If you are a higher level (190+ preferably) I would think that running through the troll strip would work very well. Run through that tunnel, and when you get to the opening on the other side tele to ley. I would be interested to hear how that worked.

For others, I found that getting 2-3 Connacht Blademaster Captains (by the Notchspire bridge) worked well. Just remember that hp elix!

To add to all this, any PH of bonehead in crookback gives good fortitude. Tried using hp and ability lix and survived all the way through.

Happened to me before. Wasted around 7-10 xp lixes cause of this reason

This one works extremely well and not many people know it. It takes patience to set up but its definitely worth it.

Here's what you do:

Head to falgren and you will see a big rock with druids surrounding it, kill all 1s and 2s and gather the 3s and 4s. These guys use 1 skill which does very little damage. It's cooldown is like pummel so you get hit quite often which is excellent for fortitude. If you run around the circle and gather them while killing all the 1s and 2s you can get 5 on you at a time and 6-7 if you get a friend to help you out but i won't go into detail on that. For druids and mages i would suggest using a hp lix on top of your ability lix so you can go afk. For melee you just need a staff and you will be fine.

Another good spot is to go north penin and train on rockbelly adds and if your lucky a rockbelly ph will spawn increasing your ability gain, but beware for casters this spot will destroy you so its best with melee.

Reflex the bowman in Otherworld over the bridge and I think the Ghosts by Scion made my willpower go up.
