They did listen and the helms are epic. Only one problem (yes I'm never happy) theres so many variations of helms that the chance of getting your favorite one in a void version is slim to none. There are many good ones though so thats a huge plus.
Ava got their second helm yesterday night and luckily it was a void one
any other servers have a void helm?

Why name it void... Sounds so evil... Why can't they make the best helm like arcane helm of rainbow unicorns?

Either lack of imagination (since Aggy loot is also dark/shadow/void for tridents and grimoires) or they want familiarity and consistency. Although I don't think consistency was their intent when they use Mighty/Majestic/Royal/Imperial/Godly for some hrungnir helms and mordris rings and then have Glass/Crystal/Fabled/Grand/Royal from OW, and use different ones Minor/Lesser/Greater/Grand/Royal for Update 4 rings.
I bet it's just different loot designers who don't communicate with each other.
