Blue frostguard

Ive asked all over my server and no one has seen or heard of blue frostgaurd. Is this meant to be? It seems like every other event has had some shade of blue fashion(other than blue Santa hat). I didnt see any other topics about this, so i was wondering if anyone else has seen any.
