Don't think that it's a matter of checking other topics. I think what he's getting at is that there are no lower leveled mobs that drop items for lower leveled players. There are many posts about blue event helms but they are all for toons around level 180.

I agree that it doesn't really seem right that there aren't mobs for the lower levels to get a drop that they can use.
