No lower level dragons?

I wanted to get a blue dragon helm this celebration...is there none?.....

Don't think that it's a matter of checking other topics. I think what he's getting at is that there are no lower leveled mobs that drop items for lower leveled players. There are many posts about blue event helms but they are all for toons around level 180.
I agree that it doesn't really seem right that there aren't mobs for the lower levels to get a drop that they can use.

Maybe you should stop killing bosses that don't benefit you and start leveling to wear the items.

Lol please, by the time i reach 180 the lvl req will have highered and so wouldve the event items.
